Key Collection: Receiving the keys to your new home is an exciting milestone. To ensure this process goes smoothly, kindly liaise with your lawyers or agents for the exact key collection date once the Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) is granted. Distribution will be conducted in batches according to blocks for efficient and organized allocation.
Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP): The TOP is integral to your homeownership journey. It indicates your unit is ready for occupation, even if the entire development isn’t fully completed. Stay in close contact with your agents or lawyers for the latest TOP updates. They will be informed immediately once we receive approval from the authorities.
Renovations: Embarking on a renovation? We request you to inform the management and your neighbours in advance, adhere to the approved working hours, and responsibly dispose of any debris. Following these guidelines helps maintain a harmonious and clean living environment for all Riviere residents.
Deliveries: If you’re expecting a delivery, please inform our management in advance. This helps us coordinate to ensure minimal disruption to your neighbours and the overall tranquility of our community.
